I absolutely would recommend Window Depot to anyone who is in the market to replace their current windows! We contacted 3 companies to come to our home and give us a quote for replacing 18 windows. The first 2 companies came out and after a 1.5 - 2 hour sales pitch gave us a quote that was so far out of our budget that I wasn't sure we would be getting new windows anytime soon. Then Phil with Window Depot came out. After he arrived he measured all of our windows, showed us the 2 vinyl windows that they offered and gave us a very down to earth nonsense review of both. He then told us the he would write up a quote within the day. The total time he spent at our house was probably 30-45 minutes with no high pressure sales tactics ("sign a contract right now for a one time only discount") like we had experienced with the others. Once the quote came back it was within our budget and what I felt was a fair price for the quality of the window we chose. Phil was great again at helping us navigate the financing process. Installation occurred approx 2 months later after having to reschedule once due to rain. Mike Loving and his team were professionals through and through. They arrived on time both days and went straight to work. It was obvious to me that they took pride in their work and were there to do the job correctly not just quickly. They were always kind and ensured that my dog, cat and toddler who were all home with me during the install were safe and not in a position to get out or hurt while they were removing old windows and installing new ones. When the job was finished, Mike showed me where he and his team had found a few defects in the hardware of 2 of the windows and assured me that he had already ordered the replacement and that he would be back in 2 weeks time to replace those parts. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with the product and workmanship we received from Window Depot for what I would consider a very fair price.
