  As an international student I‘ve never been to Virginia. Hez really helped me with the leasing, the virtual room tour was nice and efficient. He kindly answered my questions and helped me move on to each steps.

  The 5 star rating is for Jamie. Our AC has been out for a year, possibly never has worked. He did an assessment and the following week we had a new unit, He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous of your work space.

  Editing to put the maintenance men in the main line, Celso and Jeff from maintenance were amazing. They were prompt, polite, and super helpful. I just moved in and had a maintenance request (i ended up getting them all out of the way and filing multiple). Celso and Jeff came out and fixed everything, even some extra items I didn't have on the original requests but asked since they were there and I notices the issues as they arrived. I appreciate how nice they were when I kept adding things on to the request, and I was so pleased by the service!

  Jeff and Celso helped fix my water heater the other day. The maintenance team is great at Woodard properties, they have always been respectful, timely, and helpful! 🙂
