  Great experience moving into exchange, clean quality, townhomes, and Apts great management and great maintenance service. I highly recommend to apply to this area for a nice comfortable living space

  I was one of the 1st to move in. This is the best apartment I have been in thus far. I love the amenities! I love the community. We all are friendly here. Union county Sheriff’s office always checks on us so we feel really safe. I love the office manager Christy. She goes over and beyond to make sure our happiness is maintained. I have had 0 issues here other than DoorDash trying to find me because streets are so new. Looking forward to spending time here before we buy a house.

  Great staff and a great community of people. Leasing office is very helpful with all things and they even recommend a bunch of food places nearby.

  Christy went above and beyond to get me and my family in a beautiful 3bedroom . The apartments are nice sized and you get your moneys worth! Pool, gym, playground and much more . I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice 3 bedroom apartment
