So impressed with this company. We had a water leak in our crawl space and they set up an appointment immediately. They arrived on time and were able to resolve it within an hour. Very professional. They are a local company here in Stevensville. Very happy with the outcome.

This company is amazing! I am a tough customer with very high expectations. I appreciate this companies good communication and great customer skills. We had Gavlak replace our Heat Source Pump (geothermal heat/cool system) which is an expensive and unique piece of equipment. Our service technician Josh kept us updated and remained dedicated to producing an amazing product. He made himself available to us until the job was done, this really decreased our stress. What I appreciated most is if Josh did not know the answer he quickly admitted it AND pursued the answer. I don't expect perfection from a company but I do ask for communication. Gavlak did an exceptional job, I highly recommend them.
