  I have loved living at the Lark! The staff is always very welcoming and can answer any question I may have. The maintenance supervisor John always goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. I am so grateful to have chosen Lark Sacramento for my student housing needs !

  I've lived here for over a year and I have been impressed with every aspect of the property. From the staff in the office always helping in any way they can, to each maintenance team member completing my work orders quickly and with great quality. However, John the maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations! I recommend this property to any college student who is looking for a clean and safe environment within the Sacramento area!

  I put in a work order for my bathroom and Raul came to fix it in a timely manner! He was very nice and did his job right. Maintence at lark is very apprieciated.

  The maintenance team has done a wonderful job getting work orders done on time and the supervisor John is always informative and helpful when a resident needs help with something!
