  I was driving home from Fredericton on the old Trans-Canada when my front passenger wheel came off. After calling a couple of other towing companies and being turned away, I reached out to JA Towing & Recovery. Within an hour they were there, friendly as could be, and got me safely to Warren’s Auto. They truly saved the night, couldn’t recommend them enough.

  I was driving through Fredericton on my way home to Nova Scotia and my transmission started giving me trouble. We spent the night in Fredericton and I called around to a shop first thing in the morning. I had an appointment at 11am and called CAA to get my vehicle to the shop in time. It was a busy morning and the initial timeline was not going to get me there in time. After begging CAA to leave a note that I had to get to the shop in time for my 11am appointment Aaron arrived in the nick of time! He was friendly and made me feel completely as ease getting my vehicle to the shop. If everyone had Aaron's customer service ethic this world would be a much better place. Thank you to Aaron and J.A Towing & Recovery for a prompt response and excellent service that went above and beyond!!
