  Went to Exchange at Indian Trail to look at apartments and it was a very nice experience. Jada, one of their employees took my husband and me to look at a one bedroom/one bath apartment and she was very nice and gave us a lot of details on the units. The complex being very new has already caught the attention of so many and the managers are very helpful and accommodating.Looking forward to doing business with them.

  We applied for a move-in on the website back in October 2024. The move-in date was set for January 11, 2025, and we paid an application fees of $375. However, no one contacted us for several months, and our phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, we learned that the complex would not open on time, and we had to urgently find another place to live. The managers finally responded via email and promised to return our fees payment since the apartments were not available as scheduled. To this day, we still haven't received our refund. They do not respond to our emails, and when we visit the office, we’re given vague excuses that the money will be refunded soon. The construction is still ongoing, and nothing is ready for opening. Why were applications accepted and money taken if there was no clear plan for the opening? They are scammers, and I do not recommend contacting this apartment complex.
